Description
Acetic Acid (AA) Reconstitution Solution 3ml
Proper storage and handling of your 0.6% Acetic Acid (AA) reconstitution solution are vital for maintaining its integrity and ensuring the maximum stability of your research compounds at GXG Peptides.
Unmixed Storage: Before use, store intact vials of AA solution at controlled room temperature, ideally between 68°F and 77°F. Keep the vials in a dark, dry environment, strictly avoiding direct sunlight or extreme temperature fluctuations. Prolonged heat and UV exposure can slowly compromise the solution’s purity and effectiveness.
Post-Reconstitution Storage: Once the AA solution is introduced to a lyophilized powder, the resulting mixture must be refrigerated immediately. Store the reconstituted compound safely between 36°F and 46°F. Do not freeze the mixture under any circumstances, as the resulting ice crystals will permanently shatter and degrade the delicate molecular structures of the peptide.
Safe Handling Protocol: Always practice strict sterile techniques during preparation. Before drawing the solution, thoroughly wipe the rubber stopper of the AA vial with a fresh 70% isopropyl alcohol swab and allow it to dry completely. Use a new, sterile syringe for every transfer to completely eliminate the risk of cross-contamination.
Visual Inspection: Prior to use, visually inspect the liquid. The solution should always remain perfectly clear and colorless. Safely discard the vial immediately if you observe any cloudiness, discoloration, or suspended particulate matter.
